ESA's goal is to make it EASY and AFFORDABLE for individuals to become instructors and spread the educational training on health and fitness! In this ESA “mentor” program you will receive the study materials and be doing the program in a self-study fashion with me as your personal trainer to answer questions and help with the practical application of the training. With ESA you NEVER lose your extra continuing education credits. They can be “saved” for your next renewal or can be put toward a “multi-year” certification renewal. Also, once you have your primary certification, ESA offers SPECIALITY certifications such as: Kickbox, Pilates, Yoga, Aqua, Step, Personal Training, Lateral Slide and Nutrition. One of the most important aspects of ESA to me is the high importance they place on safety! All their training emphasizes the proper and safest way to teach the exercises! Lastly, I have found that they are a very accessible and nice group of people!
