Hello and welcome to my website!

Thanks so much for visitng my website! I started teaching Group Fitness classes in 1990 when they were called "Aerobics" classes and folks were wearning leg warmers : ) I fell in love with dance fitness and continued to broaden my class formats from floor jazz-style aerobics to Step, Muscle, Cycle, Kickboxing, Aqua, and more.  I'm probably best known for my Line Dancing classes I coined LINEDANCERCISE since they are fitness based. These low impact cardio classes incorporate all kinds of music and dance rhythms and are a ton of fun engaging the body and the brain! 
I'm also available for private/small group lessons or to teach at events!






My overall class goals are safety, motivation, and FUN!  ​
