Hi and welcome to my website!
I started teaching Group Fitness classes back in the leg-warmer days of the 80's and continued to broaden my class formats from floor jazz-style aerobics to Muscle, Cycle, Kickboxing, Aqua, Step and more. I have always enjoyed dancing, so in my search to do some dancing socially, it was recommended to me to try Line Dancing. I just fell in love with this. I was doing the Cha-Cha, Hustle, Swing, Two- Step all without needing a partner! I decided to start teaching line dancing myself and making it more of an "aerobic" format type class --I call it “LINEDANCERCISE”! I really enjoy teaching this style of dance to a VARIETY of music and dance rhythms!
My overall class goals are safety, motivation, and FUN! If it’s not fun, why do it?
I’m still teaching Group Fitness Classes such as CYCLE, STEP AND MUSCLE in addition to teaching LINEDANCERCISE in Ahwatukee. I’m also working with the Exercise Safety Association to help “mentor” other folks in becoming certified Group Fitness Instructors. I have more information on my classes and programs in this website!
