This class is non-stop cardio from the warm-up to the cool-down. This is for the participant that knows the basic STEP AEROBICS moves but is ready for more!! Beginners are welcome but come ready to learn and sweat!! The class ends with an abdominal workout and stretch! 1 hour.
This class is entirely on the stationary cycle. Each participant is able to control their level of workload so it’s great for beginners. This is a major cardio and leg workout! Burn baby burn! 1 hour.
Let's TONE UP THOSE GUNS! After the cardio warm up you will hit all the major muscle groups in this conditioning class while strengthening your core. This class builds both muscle endurance and muscle strength. Intervals of cardio may be included in this class format to work the heart! The class will end with a nice recovery stretch. 1 hour.
"Ready? Set? Go!" This is an after school program offered only to children K-5 in the Spring and Fall. Although it is titled “Running Club”, we do a variety of cardio and toning drills and workouts. We do relay team drills, soccer ball drills, 2-square ball drills, jump rope, obstacle course and have even done kickboxing!
Anything competitive seems to be the most popular!! 1 hour.
