Do you want to become a certified Group Fitness Instructor?

I am a “mentor” trainer for the Exercise Safety Association.

This is a very unique program offered exclusively by ESA whereby I can

facilitate individuals in one-on-one training to become Certified

 GF Instructors!

ESA Info:

ESA is a NATIONAL Group Fitness Certification Organization established in 1978

and headquartered in Orlando, FL.  ESA publishes newsletters with current exercise

information throughout the year, conducts educational research, and establishes

safety guidelines and standards for exercise.  ESA has a STAR America program

for members that obtain 3 or more Specialty Certifications.

Why ESA??

ESA's goal is to make it EASY and AFFORDABLE for individuals to become instructors and spread the educational training on health and fitness!  Other fitness certification organizations such as AFAA and ACE can run from $333 - $580 in addition to the time commitment involved in attending the certification training classes.  In this ESA “mentor” program you will receive the study materials and be doing the program in a self-study fashion with me as your personal trainer to answer questions and help with the practical application of the training.  With ESA (unlike ALL the other programs) you NEVER lose your extra continuing education credits.  They can be “saved” for your next renewal or can be put toward a “multi-year” certification renewal.  Also, once you have your primary certification, ESA offers certifications in many other areas of fitness such as: Kickbox, Pilates, Yoga, Aqua, Step, Personal Training, Lateral Slide and Nutrition.  One of the most important aspects of ESA to me is the high importance they place on safety!  All their training emphasizes the proper and safest way to teach the exercises!

Lastly they are a very accessible and nice group of people to work with or work for!!
